Estimates & Service Agreements

• Final pricing depends on on‑site conditions, terrain, vegetation density, and equipment needs.

• Work begins only after a written estimate or service agreement is approved.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers confirm they have legal authority to request work and are responsible for:

• Marking all underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, water/gas lines, and property boundaries.

• Disclosing hazards such as wire, debris, fencing, metal, concrete, or hidden obstructions.

• Providing safe access for equipment.

The company is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities or hazards.

Land Conditions

Forestry mulching and land clearing may expose rocks, roots, stumps, or uneven ground. Natural terrain issues and future regrowth are not guaranteed or covered unless stated in writing.

Liability

The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Work may be paused or declined if conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was disclosed.

Payments

Payment terms are listed in the estimate or service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may incur fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before equipment is dispatched. Mobilization or minimum fees may apply.
